Professional supervision

For me, supervision is a meeting place where therapists can pause, breathe, and genuinely reconnect with themselves and their work.
I offer a reflective, present-moment space where we explore what unfolds in the therapy room—your sensations, emotions, and the relational dynamics that shape the therapeutic process. Together, we move with curiosity and awareness, noticing what is emerging and what may be asking for attention. My intention is to provide a grounded, supportive environment where you feel seen, encouraged, and strengthened in your clinical practice. In this space, supervision becomes not just professional support, but an opportunity for growth, integrity, and deeper contact with the heart of your work.
